Usage Terms

 

 Photos located in the Event Gallery and PROOF CD’s are available for personal use and viewing only.  Photos may not be used for any commercial purpose or used in any profit generating manner.  Photos may be used in personal websites and message boards but must be accompanied with the Silver Studio watermark or if no watermark is present then a line of text crediting either Silver Studio or Matt Butler for the photograph. 

F.A.Q.

 

Q. Can I submit a photo you took of myself or my property to a magazine?

R. First you must contact us at Silver Studio.  Most of the time we are happy to assist and can provide a larger photo to the magazine publisher that will print much better than the compressed images found here on the website.

 

Q. I’ve got a really good printer, could I save you the cost of printing and simply print my photos here at home?

R. In order to legally print or copy photos taken by Silver Studio you must contact us to obtain a Copyright Transfer in which terms and price will be discussed.  This option may be good for commercial use of a photo in which thousands of prints will be made.  But for personal photos on the other hand it would be more reasonable and more affordable to purchase prints directly from Silver Studio.
